The new complex will consist of 140 freehold apartments, built according to the highest quality standards and specifications. All apartments offer built in air conditioning and heating, digital security locks, double glazed windows, satellite TV, a broadband internet connection and fully fitted kitchens, wardrobes and bathrooms.
The apartments will enjoy the use of different swimming pools, a seawater pool, a pool with high concentration of salt water for a dead-sea water therapy effect, children’s pool and a heated pool. Additionally, the resort will offer tennis and paddle courts and will be surrounded by lush gardens to create a relaxed and private atmosphere. As a customer we provide you with a great after sales service. Baobab will offer a Rental Service company named “Baobab Services” for unoccupied apartments. No other development in the south of Tenerife fulfils the legal requirements to offer this unique option. We have an excellent track record in letting property in this specific area over the last 15 years. Also, if you, as an owner, have your own tenants, we will take care of the complete letting process. To be able to meet all the needs of the tenants, Baobab Services will offer within the complex a restaurant, bar, supermarket, fitness, spa, beach club, babysitting service and a launderette.

All owners will obviously also be able to enjoy these facilities as well as other services such as cleaning and maintenance of the property during their stay. This way, owning an apartment in Baobab does not mean extra work or worries for the owner, but a comfortable stay in Tenerife, where everything is taken care of.

When furnishing the apartments we will offer a number of options including a complete furniture package, allowing personalising your home.
